Vice President – Operational Risk Lead Manager, Workplace Solutions

About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase's Workplace Solutions team as a Vice President Operational Risk Lead Manager. You will champion a strong operational risk culture across the global Workplace Solutions business, influencing risk decisions for North America, EMEA and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in change management and new business initiatives, assessing risks and recommending control actions.
• Provide oversight of operational risk assessments at business unit, regional and legal entity levels.
• Prepare materials for regional board meetings and control committees to communicate risk outcomes.
• Develop and oversee risk‑based testing activities.
• Identify emerging risks or control gaps, document findings and drive remediation.
• Engage with firm‑wide risk programs such as Business Resiliency, Third‑Party Outsourcing and Data Management.
• Review operational risk events, analyse root causes and promote value‑added changes.
• Support regulatory deliverables and examinations (e.g., MFSA, FINRA).
• Promote consistency and best‑practice adoption across lines of business.
