About the role
TransPerfect is seeking a virtual Croatian language trainer to join its global team of language professionals. The trainer will deliver online Croatian classes to clients across various sectors and cultural backgrounds, working remotely within the EMEA region. The role begins in mid‑April 2026 and is offered on a freelance basis.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training sessions aligned with client objectives.
- Develop complementary course materials and resources to meet diverse learner needs.
- Engage learners actively in the learning process and maintain high motivation levels.
- Apply TransPerfect’s teaching methodology and adapt lessons to different culturally‑based learning styles.
Required profile
- Native or native‑level proficiency in Croatian.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Minimum of three years’ experience teaching Croatian to adult learners.
