Visiting Scheme Manager

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Visiting Scheme Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of White Horse Court in Storrington. You will work independently, supporting residents aged 60+ to maintain their well‑being and independence while ensuring the property is well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall upkeep of 28 one‑ and two‑bedroom flats, including communal areas such as the lounge, kitchenette, laundry and gardens.
• Organise repairs, routine maintenance and liaise with contractors for cleaning, gardening and window cleaning.
• Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries, complaints, leasehold issues and property alterations.
• Coordinate with the Regional Manager, Head Office Team and a Training & Support Assistant for guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with residents, contractors and clients.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and work autonomously.
• Logical, confident and capable of prioritising workload effectively.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to travel across the region as needed.
