Visual Merchandise Responsible (Full-time)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Visual Merchandise Responsible to lead the visual presentation of the brand on Regent Street, London. You will ensure the store reflects Levi’s values while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and embodying brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, motivating and guiding the team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Take responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards at all times.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• A passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support store management as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
