Visual Merchandise Responsible (Keyholder) – 40 hrs/week

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Visual Merchandise Responsible to act as a Keyholder on Regent Street, London. In this full‑time position you will bring the Levi’s® brand to life on the shop floor, ensuring an engaging customer experience and flawless store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Lead, motivate and support Stylists to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising and brand‑presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and own outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
