Visual Merchandiser – London (In‑store)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Visual Merchandiser to join our London store team. In this fast‑paced, in‑store role you will bring product to life on the shop floor, using visual techniques to drive sales and respond quickly to trading needs.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise the store in line with company guidelines and commercial priorities.
• Increase visibility of new collections and key products using layouts, tables, mannequins and fixtures.
• Plan and adapt daily, weekly and seasonal visual displays.
• Analyse sales and commercial reports to adjust product placement and maximise performance.
• Monitor product availability and collaborate with managers on stock needs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fashion retail or visual merchandising.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer behaviour.
• Natural eye for visual presentation and detail.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working at pace.
• Confidence to make decisions and adapt quickly based on performance.
