About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a part‑time Visual Merchandiser to uphold the iconic Levi’s brand image in our Castleford store. You will work directly on the shop floor, ensuring displays are compelling, products are correctly tagged, and customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Levi’s brand standards by following Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Drive store sales by arranging merchandise attractively and ensuring proper tagging.
• Train store associates on visual standards and brand storytelling.
• Deliver high‑level customer service that reflects the Levi’s ethos.
• Provide regular feedback to Head Office using VMR checklists and photographic updates.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Relevant visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to interpret and apply VM guidelines and sales reports.
• Creative mindset with awareness of current fashion trends.
• Disciplined with time‑management and meeting deadlines.
• Proactive in suggesting commercial VM ideas to improve results.
