About the role

Join LS&Co., the iconic global leader in denim, as a Visual Merchandiser Stylist in Portsmouth. You will be the face of the Levi’s® store, helping customers discover their style and confidence through personalized service and expert product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver exceptional one‑to‑one service.
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and bank holidays.
