Visual Merchandising Supervisor – Premium Fashion

About the role

Join a leading fashion retailer at Bicester Village as a Visual Merchandising Supervisor. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure every area of the store reflects the brand’s identity while driving commercial performance. This role blends creativity, leadership and commercial insight to deliver inspiring customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of seasonal visual merchandising guidelines and campaign launches.
• Create compelling product displays that boost sales and enhance the customer journey.
• Coach and develop the visual team on standards, best practice and brand storytelling.
• Analyse sales trends and use commercial insight to optimise product placement and store layout.
• Support day‑to‑day store operations and act as Duty Manager when required.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, stock management and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and key business KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health & Safety regulations.

Required profile

• Energetic, creative and confident leader with a passion for fashion retail.
• Previous experience in visual merchandising, visual supervision or senior sales within fashion.
• Strong understanding of commercial visual merchandising principles and customer behaviour.
• Excellent eye for detail and a creative approach to display design.
• Proven ability to motivate, develop and lead retail teams.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with confidence to make commercial decisions.
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
