VM Implementation Manager

About the role

The VM Implementation Manager will lead the practical delivery of visual merchandising initiatives across the UK market for The Body Shop. You will translate global visual direction into high‑quality in‑store execution, ensuring new store openings, refits, campaigns and flagship activations meet brand standards, timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver visual merchandising projects including store openings, refits, flagship executions and campaign roll‑outs.
• Coordinate all visual elements such as POS, props, print materials and installation schedules.
• Translate global visual guidelines into market‑specific implementation plans for UK stores and other retail formats.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit implementation standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with the Global VM team and internal stakeholders to pilot new concepts, using the UK as a lead trial market.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing visual merchandising projects in a retail environment.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross‑functionally with retail, marketing and store teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency.
