Voice Engineer – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Voice Engineer to join our team on a 12‑month contract. Based at Chester Business Park, you will support and enhance our global voice infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Teams and Cisco Enterprise Voice services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain core voice services across a global environment.
• Support voice platforms, interconnectivity with enterprise telephony, contact centre, and transport layers, including external carrier coordination.
• Participate in change and problem management reviews to improve service reliability.
• Collaborate with other support teams to triage and resolve incidents quickly.

Required profile

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
• Proven experience troubleshooting MS Teams Voice and integrating with Ribbon SBC and Cisco solutions.
• Strong background handling service issues for MS Teams Voice, Cisco Enterprise Voice, carriers, and transport.
• Familiarity with incident and change management processes in a core‑voice production environment.

• PowerShell, GraphAPI, Splunk, ThousandEyes.
• Remedy, ServiceNow, MS Teams Voice provisioning.
