Voice Engineer – MS Teams & Cisco

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Voice Engineer to join our team for a 12‑month contract. You will work on our global voice infrastructure, supporting MS Teams and Cisco Enterprise Voice services while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support core voice services across the organisation.
• Ensure seamless interconnectivity between enterprise telephony, contact centre, and transport layers, including external carriers.
• Participate in change and problem management reviews to improve service reliability.
• Work closely with other support teams to triage and resolve incidents quickly.

Required profile

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
• Proven experience troubleshooting MS Teams Voice and integrating with Ribbon SBC and Cisco equipment.
• Strong background handling service issues for MS Teams, Cisco Enterprise Voice, carriers and transport.
• Familiarity with incident and change management processes in a core‑voice production environment.
