Voids Supervisor

About the role

The Voids Supervisor will lead a team of operatives responsible for maintaining and preparing void properties for new tenants within a large housing association. This permanent, onsite role ensures that all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high quality standard.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise void contracts, ensuring operatives work efficiently and meet productivity targets.
• Coordinate supplier and subcontractor activities to align with work sheets and contract KPIs.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues that arise during void works.
• Guarantee that all works are finished on schedule and to a high‑quality standard.
• Complete and submit paperwork, timesheets, and reports in line with company procedures.
• Monitor health and safety compliance on site and maintain a tidy, safe workplace.
• Attend inspections as required and provide feedback to the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social housing or similar residential sector.
• Background in reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects.
• Proficient with basic IT tools and reporting systems.
