Volvo Sales Executive

About the role

Sytner Group is looking for a motivated Volvo Sales Executive to join its Warrington dealership. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the car‑buying journey and ensuring a first‑class experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face, understand their needs and recommend suitable Volvo models.
• Manage the sales process, from initial enquiry to contract signing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, finance options and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with the finance, service and parts teams to deliver seamless service.
• Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to meet customer demand.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably within automotive retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (beneficial).
• Willingness to attend an assessment centre as part of the recruitment process.
