About the role
We are partnering with a leading corporate finance boutique in London to expand its Debt Advisory team. The VP/Director will focus on infrastructure and energy projects across the UK and Europe, supporting mid‑market clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead origination and execution of debt financing transactions for infrastructure and energy assets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and corporate clients.
- Structure and negotiate financing terms, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee financial modelling, valuation, and due‑diligence processes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in debt advisory, investment banking, or related finance roles.
- Proven track record of executing infrastructure or energy financing deals.
- Strong understanding of mid‑market UK and European capital markets.
- For Director level, demonstrated origination capability is essential.
