Waiter/Waitress – Events & Meetings Service

About the role

We are looking for a professional Waiter/Waitress to join the Meetings and Events Operations team at Brown’s Hotel in Mayfair, London. You will provide high‑quality service to guests at a variety of events, from weddings and dinner functions to conferences and cocktail receptions, ensuring every detail meets our 5‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, discreet service to guests at all types of events.
• Set up and clear tables, manage food and beverage stations, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Assist the management team in maintaining smooth service flow in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
• Tailor service approach to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences.
• Uphold hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
