Waiter/Waitress – Fine Dining in Mayfair

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Waiter or Waitress to join our team at La Petite Maison in Mayfair, London. You will play a key part in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests, showcasing our refined menu and extensive wine list.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure prompt delivery.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and keep the dining area clean.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely order delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine‑dining or upscale restaurant (preferred).
• Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while managing time effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and culinary practices is advantageous.
