Waiter/Waitress – Front of House

About the role

Join the front‑of‑house team at SUSHISAMBA Covent Garden and deliver warm, memorable service to every guest. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience from greeting to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Take orders, answer menu questions and upsell signature dishes and drinks.
• Communicate orders accurately to the kitchen and coordinate with bar staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout the shift.
• Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or head waiter in a fast‑paced, high‑quality restaurant.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work any five days between Monday and Sunday, including late finishes.
• Respect for diversity and a commitment to uphold service standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of lounge/bar service and private dining room operations (preferred).
