Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Retirement Village Restaurant

About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress at Audley Chalfont Dene, you will deliver the highest quality of service to owners and external guests in a luxury retirement village setting. You will create a warm welcome, ensure smooth service throughout the restaurant and bistro, and represent the brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Take reservations, seat guests and advise on the menu, including serving afternoon tea.
• Promote the village’s luxury spa and other amenities while providing friendly, attentive service.
• Assist with guest suites, answer owners’ enquiries, monitor stock levels and set up for special events.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the restaurant, bar and public areas.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience, preferably with cash handling.
• ‘Can‑do’ attitude, organised approach and strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and develop within a luxury brand.
• Professional, empathetic and smart appearance.
