About the role

Join the team at Turnpike, part of the Sizzling Pub & Grill family, and deliver warm, friendly service to every guest. As a member of the waiting staff you will be the face of the venue, ensuring diners enjoy a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues to leave customers satisfied.
• Support the creation of a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for all patrons.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
