Waking Night Support Worker

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Waking Night Support Worker to join our Mental Health Service in Richmond, supporting individuals to maintain their tenancies and live independently during night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Build supportive, trusting relationships with customers and create a positive atmosphere.
• Work proactively with team members to manage the service caseload and administrative duties.
• Conduct innovative and engaging key work sessions to achieve Support Plan goals.
• Ensure the safety of customers and the building throughout the night.

Required profile

• Enjoys social interaction and participates in local activities to encourage customer involvement.
• Exudes a warm, friendly presence and open behaviour.
• Prefers working as part of a group or team.
• Essential NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent, with little or some relevant sector experience.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.
