Warehouse Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support a busy, fast‑paced warehouse operation in Warrington. This full‑time, office‑based position offers a temporary‑to‑permanent pathway, allowing you to develop your expertise in stock control and warehouse management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure accurate stock records and investigate any discrepancies.
• Process goods‑in and goods‑out documentation.
• Liaise with drivers and warehouse personnel to keep operations running smoothly.
• Enter data and keep records up to date.
• Produce and monitor KPI reports.
• Archive and maintain warehouse documentation.
• Support stock control processes and inventory management.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Administrator or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong understanding of stock control, goods‑in and goods‑out processes.
• Confident communication with drivers and warehouse teams.
• High attention to detail, especially for audit‑related documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Proactive, organised and positive attitude.
