Warehouse Administrator – Temp to Perm

About the role

We are seeking an organised Warehouse Administrator to join a growing logistics business in Milton Keynes. This temporary‑to‑permanent position offers a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule within a close‑knit team of three, supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately book goods into the warehouse management system.
• Process and organise customer orders, including photographing stock when required.
• Sort and process incoming deliveries.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email promptly and professionally.
• Provide order and delivery updates to customers and clients.
• Support the warehouse team with general administrative duties and maintain up‑to‑date records.

Required profile

• Previous administration experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong written communication skills and confidence handling customer emails.
• Excellent organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment and work well within a team.
