Warehouse Assistant & Driver

About the role

Join TF Solutions, a leading UK distributor of air‑conditioning, refrigeration and heat‑pump products. As a Warehouse Assistant & Driver you will support a small, busy warehouse team, ensuring smooth order preparation and timely deliveries to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Load company vehicles efficiently, protecting stock and minimising delivery time.
• Verify delivery notes against parcels before loading, including cross‑dock orders.
• Deliver orders safely to customer premises, visually inspect stock condition and obtain proof of delivery signatures.
• Pick, check and pack orders for dispatch.
• Assist with general warehouse production tasks as directed by management.
• Handle customer returns, checking condition and signing for receipt.
• Complete daily and weekly paperwork, including declarations.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow all health & safety procedures.
