About the role
Our client, a leading supplier of print machines and large‑format consumables, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of their Hemel Hempstead warehouse. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, with regular office hours and no night or weekend work.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming deliveries.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
- Liaise with customer service and couriers.
- Perform occasional local deliveries using a company van.
Required profile
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Reliable, organised and detail‑focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resides within a 10‑mile radius of Hemel Hempstead.
Required skills
- Basic IT skills.
- Forklift operation (experience or willingness to train).
- Van driving experience (desirable).
