About the role
We are seeking motivated Warehouse Controllers to join our busy, friendly team at a fast‑paced warehouse near Nantwich. The role involves supporting daily operations, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack fixings and fasteners for customer orders.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct packaging.
- Handle stock movements and perform general warehouse duties.
- Carry out manual handling tasks, including occasional heavy lifting.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and pride in accurate work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment.
- Willingness to meet realistic productivity targets.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
