Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an organised, customer‑focused individual to join our client’s team in Maidenhead. This dual‑role blends warehouse operations, logistics coordination and front‑line customer service, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders, creating shipments via delivery partner portals.
• Receive, unload and record stock from the factory, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Store stock correctly, rotate items and support overall stock control.
• Prepare customs documentation and manage returns, coordinating inspections with the Service Team.
• Process orders within agreed timescales and respond promptly to quotation requests.
• Provide product information, recommend solutions and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle customer queries and issues professionally to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Customer service background with a track record of resolving enquiries.
• Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Team‑player who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
