Warehouse & Logistics Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Administrator to join a leading company in Leatherhead. Working Monday to Friday on‑site, you will be responsible for processing all warehouse and logistics administration tasks while supporting customer service when required.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process sales orders, generate invoices and manage delivery schedules.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records, pricing information and handle enquiries.
• Create and pick works orders, load and dispatch stock, and record all stock movements.
• Perform regular cycle counts, receive loan products, and inspect items for functionality and cleanliness.
• Generate delivery documentation such as packing lists, delivery notes and shipping paperwork.
• Support inventory control activities and assist with tender data compilation.
• Undertake general office duties and liaise with internal departments to improve operational efficiency.

• Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.
• Effective team player who can build positive relationships across departments.
• Quick learner capable of understanding warehouse, logistics and company procedures.
