Warehouse & Logistics Manager

About the role

Allpress Espresso is seeking a hands‑on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to keep its roastery operations running smoothly. You will coordinate inbound goods, manage picking, packing and dispatch, and ensure every coffee order reaches customers on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, from receiving to dispatch, ensuring a seamless flow of goods.
• Prioritise orders in line with production schedules and customer demand.
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct stocktakes and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage relationships with courier partners and address any delivery issues.
• Keep warehouse systems up‑to‑date and ensure sufficient consumables (packing materials, labels, bags).
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised warehouse environment.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong understanding of stock control and pick‑and‑pack processes.
• Proven ability to work safely in a warehouse setting, including health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Forklift licence (reach truck preferred) and a valid driving licence.
• Experience in the food or FMCG sector is a plus.
