Warehouse & Logistics Operative – Rotating Shift

About the role

In this hands‑on logistics position you will join an established team to pick, transport and receive high‑value medical components and equipment, ensuring they reach the production line at our client site in Eynsham. Safety and quality are paramount, and you will work with both manual handling and powered equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack materials, palletise as required.
• Load and unload vehicles safely.
• Transport materials between the local storage facility and the factory line.
• Follow receiving processes and deliver goods to the correct location with high accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Awareness of health and safety principles.
• Professional conduct and ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers.

Required skills

• Operation of electric pallet trucks.
• Operation of counter‑balance forklift trucks (training provided).
