Warehouse Manager – Live Events

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our busy, high‑volume warehouse that supports festivals, immersive installations and corporate live events. Based on‑site in Berkshire, you will own the end‑to‑end operation, ensuring equipment is ready, tested and dispatched on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a core warehouse team, scaling up to 20+ staff during peak periods.
• Oversee equipment preparation, testing, and dispatch for a diverse calendar of live events.
• Maintain accurate inventory and manage hire stock turnover.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance for the warehouse and all visitors.
• Coordinate rapid equipment turnaround, including overnight shifts.
• Collaborate closely with operations and production teams to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Hands‑on warehouse management experience within live events or festivals (non‑negotiable).
• Proven ability to lead and develop a warehouse team.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

• Competitive salary £35,000‑£45,000 per year.
