Warehouse Operative – 12‑hr Shifts, £12.71‑£13.61

About the role

Join a leading e‑commerce warehouse specialising in sports and clothing. You will work 12‑hour shifts on a 4‑on‑4‑off pattern, helping to receive, store, pick and dispatch products for a fast‑moving online business.

Key responsibilities

• Check that products match their packaging specifications.
• Pack items using a hand scanner and ensure accurate labeling.
• Pick clothing and shoes from designated locations.
• Follow site rules, health & safety procedures and complete required paperwork.
• Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders.
• Report any issues to the team leader promptly.
• Carry out manual handling tasks safely.

Required profile

• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 4‑on‑4‑off rota.
• Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential).
• Reliable commute to Middleton (M24 2RP).
• Basic written and spoken English communication.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Hand scanner operation.
