Warehouse Operative – 4on4off Shift

About the role

Join Gregory Distribution Ltd at our Western Approach site in Bristol as a Warehouse Operative. You will work a 4‑on‑4‑off day‑shift pattern (07:30‑19:30) supporting a fast‑paced logistics operation.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Aisle Master forklift trucks to move stock safely.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are handled securely.
• Perform manual handling tasks such as pallet breakdown and order sorting.
• Pick and prepare customer orders with high accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
• Complete required paperwork and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Counterbalance and Reach forklift licence desirable but not essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic numeracy and literacy.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
