Warehouse Operative & Administrator – Logistics Support

About the role

This position combines office‑based logistics administration with hands‑on warehouse support. You will help coordinate daily deliveries, assist with route planning and provide administrative backing while also stepping onto the warehouse floor during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery operations and support drivers.
• Monitor deliveries, update internal tracking systems, and resolve issues.
• Assist with route planning and maintain accurate operational records.
• Handle customer and driver queries professionally.
• Liaise between warehouse and transport teams to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Support warehouse tasks such as parcel sorting during busy times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics administration.
• Good geographical knowledge of South London.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work rotating shift patterns and assist on the warehouse floor when needed.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
