Warehouse Operative - Argos

About the role

Sainsbury's is recruiting a part-time Warehouse Operative for its Argos Local Fulfilment Centre in Reading (RG2 0RP). The role is a fixed-term assignment of 15 hours per week, paid at £13.23 per hour, running until 2 January 2027. It is described as seasonal work behind the scenes of the Christmas period, from Black Friday to Christmas.

Key responsibilities

• Pick orders from the depot while being guided by headset, then deliver them quickly to waiting drivers and customers.
• Put deliveries away in the correct place.
• Work in a team with friendly colleagues who help you get into the rhythm of the job.

Required profile

• Above the school-leaving age in your country.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Part-time availability; the advert states that part-time and job-share roles are available.
