Warehouse Operative – Brimsdown

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our Brimsdown site, part of the Pipe and Climate Centre within the Wolseley Group. The role involves a mix of picking, packing, loading, and providing front‑of‑house support to our Trade Counter, all within a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties, including picking and packing stock with occasional heavy lifting.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate a Forklift Truck (FLT); training will be provided.
• Maintain a tidy workplace and adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Support the Trade Counter by delivering exceptional customer service when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience dealing directly with customers.
• Familiarity with operating a FLT or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.
