Warehouse Operative – Bristol (Full‑time)

About the role

As a Warehouse Operative at Ocado Logistics in Bristol you will be at the centre of order preparation, working in a modern facility that handles ambient, chilled and frozen stock. The role offers a variety of shift patterns and areas, allowing you to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Despatch: Load individual totes into frames, load vans, and sort returned totes.
• Pick: Select and pack customer orders into shopping totes, assisted by robotic systems.
• Inbound: Receive goods from suppliers, place them into totes for downstream processing.
• Freezer: Pick and pack frozen items in a large freezer environment, wearing provided cold‑weather gear.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn – no prior experience required.
• Physical ability to lift heavy totes and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in ambient, chilled and freezer temperatures (down to –25 °C).
