About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy Sharpness facility. The successful candidate will operate a counter‑balance forklift and receive full training to become a qualified Bendi (Flexi) forklift driver.

Key responsibilities

Operate a counter‑balance forklift to load and unload goods safely.
Assist with picking, packing, stock control and order preparation for dispatch.
Move stock within the warehouse and maintain accurate inventory records.
Keep the work area clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards.
Undertake training to achieve a Bendi/Flexi forklift licence.

Required profile

Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential).
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
Willingness to learn and up‑skill to a Bendi/Flexi licence.

Required skills

Counterbalance Forklift operation.
Bendi/Flexi Forklift operation (training provided).
