Warehouse Operative – Day & Night Shifts (Temp)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives for a temporary position in Chichester. The role involves working 12‑hour day or night shifts on a 4‑on‑4‑off rota, supporting a leading manufacturer of prepared salads and food‑to‑go products.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders using a handheld scanner.
• Safely lift, move and handle goods throughout each shift.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including stock movement and loading.
• Operate a pump truck to transport pallets and bulk items.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working on your feet all day.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move goods safely.
• Confidence operating a pump truck.
• Must be 18 years or older for insurance purposes.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
