About the role
Acorn by Synergie is seeking reliable, physically fit individuals to join a busy warehouse team on the outskirts of Exeter. The role offers consistent weekday hours, an immediate start and the prospect of long‑term, ongoing work.
Key responsibilities
- Wrap and palletise goods ready for dispatch.
- Perform manual handling and general warehouse tasks.
- Move and walk throughout the shift as part of daily operations.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
Required profile
- Own transport for early start times.
- Reliable with a strong teamwork ethic.
- Physically fit; able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Willingness to work varying shift patterns if required.
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
What we offer
- £13 per hour with a £16.25 overtime rate.
- Immediate start and long‑term ongoing work.
- Consistent Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (6 am‑5 pm, overtime until ~6 pm).
