Warehouse Operative – Fawley (Temp to Perm)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy, safety‑focused warehouse in Fawley. The role is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent, offering hands‑on experience in a dynamic logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work safely at all times, complying with site Health & Safety procedures.
• Pick, issue, store, and retrieve materials using a forklift truck or van.
• Load and unload deliveries, man the warehouse service counter, and process goods receipts.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (SAP) and maintain spreadsheets.
• Dispatch materials and participate in an on‑call rota for emergency requests.
• Support additional hours and ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).
