Warehouse Operative – FLT Reach/Counterbalance Driver

About the role
Assist Resourcing is seeking a Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT Reach or Counterbalance licence to join a dynamic home‑appliance distribution business in Hindley Green. The role involves both standard warehouse duties and operating a forklift to move stock across the distribution centre.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, pack, label and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Operate a Reach or Counterbalance FLT to load, unload and restock pallets.
- Wrap and secure pallets for safe storage and transport.
- Assist the wider warehouse team with general duties as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of FLT experience (Reach or Counterbalance).
- Valid FLT licence held within the last three years.
- ITTSAR or RTITB certification (or equivalent).
- UK residency (no visa sponsorship).
