Warehouse Operative – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join LWC Drinks at our South West depot in Heathfield. The role is full‑time and offers two shift patterns, allowing you to work either Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm or Tuesday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm plus Saturday 6 am‑12 pm. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and support the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately and place them in the correct locations for dispatch.
• Receive new stock, verify delivery notes and put away items in the appropriate bin‑bay.
• Monitor stock levels, flag shortages and assist with ordering.
• Participate in weekly stock audits and monthly weekend stock takes.
• Complete out‑of‑date, damaged‑stock and equipment records.
• Assist drivers when required and follow health‑and‑safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.

• Willingness to perform manual handling tasks safely.
• Basic product knowledge and attention to detail.
