Warehouse Operative – Full‑time chilled warehouse role

About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a busy chilled distribution centre in Bristol. The role is full‑time, fixed‑shift and involves handling a range of goods in a temperature‑controlled environment.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and select produce and stock items.
- Work in a chilled area (0 °C‑5 °C) and stack items into cages.
- Transport cages to loaders and operate manual handling equipment.
- Meet daily targets set by the supervisor.
- Lift and move items up to 25 kg.
Required profile
- Reliable, motivated and able to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit for manual handling and lifting.
- Good communication in English.
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse role.
- Willingness to pass a Drug & Alcohol test.
Required skills
- Manual handling equipment operation.
What we offer
- Hourly rate from £13.50 up to £30.19.
- Performance and weekend bonuses.
- Fixed‑shift pattern (1 pm‑9:30 pm, 5 days a week).
