Warehouse Operative – Full‑time Days

About the role

Join Tesco’s fast‑moving distribution network as a Warehouse Operative. This full‑time, day‑shift role is based at the Avonmouth site and offers a clear pathway to career progression within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble orders accurately to support store colleagues.
• Pick and manually handle stock in both chilled and ambient environments.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Required profile

• No prior warehouse experience needed – full training provided.
• Own transport is essential for shift attendance.
• Ability to work in a chilled environment.
• Commitment to full‑time permanent employment.

Required skills

• MHE operation (preferred but not essential).

• Hourly rate of £15.00 for day shifts.
