Warehouse Operative – Full‑time in Staplehurst

About the role

Join a busy warehouse team in Staplehurst, supporting the Deputy Warehouse Manager with the receipt, storage and dispatch of medical equipment. This full‑time, permanent position offers a structured shift pattern and the chance to develop your logistics skills.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles manually and with a forklift.
• Check deliveries for correct quantity and quality.
• Transfer goods to designated storage locations and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system.
• Operate forklift trucks to move and rearrange stock safely.
• Pick, check and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling.
• Organise inter‑company transfers and keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Good communication and team‑working abilities.
• Basic English, maths and IT literacy.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Required skills

• Forklift truck operation (experience or licence, training provided).
