Warehouse Operative – Full‑time

About the role

Ballister, a flooring wholesaler based in Isleworth, is seeking a full‑time Warehouse Operative to join a small, versatile team. You will work across various areas of the warehouse, ensuring a dynamic and varied day‑to‑day experience.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload flooring items from vehicles.
• Prepare customer orders and assist with loading them onto delivery vans.
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
• Support customers and colleagues as needed.
• Operate reach‑truck forklifts (training provided if required).
• Occasionally deliver items using a long‑wheelbase van, if you hold a valid driving licence.

Required profile

• Good command of English.
• Ability to work unsupervised with accuracy and organisation.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude.
• Team‑player with good teamwork skills.
• Right to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Van driving experience.
• Reach‑truck forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
