About the role
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join a growing local distribution centre in Kington Langley. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 10am‑6pm, and requires your own transport due to limited public links.
Key responsibilities
- Load, unload and move heavy goods such as sofas safely, using manual handling aids.
- Move pallets throughout the distribution centre as required.
- Receive, sort and process customer returns.
- Pick items according to order specifications and prepare them for shipment.
- Label goods accurately and scan materials in and out of locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
Required profile
- Ability to handle and move heavy goods safely.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with a flexible approach to work.
- Team‑player who can follow procedures and maintain high standards.

- Microsoft Office
- Warehouse Management System (WMS)
