Warehouse Operative – Full‑time, Partridge Green

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a well‑established manufacturing business in Partridge Green. The role is full‑time and permanent, offering a stable environment where you will help keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and book in goods while maintaining accurate stock records.
• Process subcontractor‑manufactured assemblies and prepare component kits.
• Unload deliveries, store items safely and move stock within the warehouse.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and housekeeping.
• Carry out regular stock checks and support inventory control activities.
• Assist with packing, dispatch and timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• Support basic production and assembly tasks when required and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, goods‑in or stock control role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle and move stock and materials safely.
• Flexible approach and willingness to support other operational areas.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for stock booking and inventory systems.

What we offer

• Salary between £26,000‑£28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
• Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm (early finish at 4:30 pm on Fridays).
