About the role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy warehouse in Uckfield. This full‑time, temp‑to‑perm position offers a supportive team environment and the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic logistics setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Pack and wrap goods securely for shipment.
- Unload incoming deliveries.
- Check incoming stock and store it in the correct locations.
- Assist with stock management and inventory organisation.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
- Carry out general warehouse duties as required.
Required profile
- Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential.
- Driving licence and own transport required.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and time‑keeping.
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
